For his debut with Quattro Bambole Music, JayBee chooses to write/compose, using a sampler, a synth and a groove box, his own Bildungsroman. 15 tracks which are 15 windows through which to observe his story, with evocative sample-chops and dope drums, in which the producer frescoes the portrait of his working-class family, who emigrated from Sicily to Milan at the beginning of the new millennium.

The album is the second release under the name of Moderna Sonorizzazione, a series inaugurated by Quattro Bambole Music with “Intervalli e Paesaggi” by Biga, which certifies instrumental hip-hop as one of the most interesting contemporary forms of library music. And this album by JayBee Vibes flows in its entirety like a grand sonic commentary on the subject above.
